According to both Clatsop MLS and Regional MLS data, Meadow ranked as the number one real estate broker across the entire North Oregon Coast, including all of Clatsop and Tillamook counties. This latest recognition marks the third time in six years that Meadow has achieved the number one position, with top rankings in 2019, 2022, and again in 2024.
Even more impressive, Meadow has ranked among the top eight brokers on the North Oregon Coast every year for the last decade.
For a market as diverse and competitive as the Oregon Coast, that consistency matters. Coastal real estate is highly localized. The dynamics in Cannon Beach are different from Arch Cape.
