Once again this year Meadow Davis achieved the top honor as number one in home sales for the entire North Oregon coast. The MLS tracks all of our sales, and of course we all compete for top honors. While the number of homes for sale Manzanita, Neahkahnie, Arch Cape and Cannon Beach were down in general, Meadow outperformed every real estate broker vying for that business. Meadow achieves top ranking every year but being the number one takes extra effort. The last time Meadow was number one was 2019, however she has been in the top ten if not the top three every year for the last seven years in a row. Well done Meadow!
