Why should you work with me?

Growing up in three incredible West Coast towns—Cannon Beach, Santa Cruz, California, and Manzanita—I know that every beach town has something unique to offer. I am proud to call Manzanita my home, and I am so glad that my parents decided to settle here to build their business. As a team member, I’m here to show you why this area is such a wonderful place. I love to hike, trail run, surf and practice yoga in the pristine forests and waters around town (rain or shine!). I have been fortunate enough to do some international traveling throughout college and after, and I always feel so lucky to be able to return to this haven by the sea.

Working with my family is amazing because of how we can use our individual strengths to support one another in order to offer you the best possible real estate service. Although I am technically a green broker, I have been observing the real estate business for the last ten years. I am excited to finally be an active part of these transactions and assist you with finding the perfect property on the North Oregon Coast.

About Cosma:

Cosma graduated with a Bachelors in World Languages from Lewis & Clark College in 2020, summa cum laude, where she specialized in Spanish and German. During the pandemic she studied for and obtained her Oregon Broker License. Although she doesn’t get the chance to practice her language skills too often in Manzanita, her passion for communication helps her greatly in her work every day. As a broker, she will listen to your individual needs and help translate them into your coastal dream. Cosma has always been high achieving and competitive, whether in sport or in academics. Let her put that drive to work for you in a bustling real estate market.
